Hi folks,
Hope everyone is having a fantastic summer. I thought it’d be nice for us to support our local music school. I talked to Brian, the director of the school, and it seems like we can make a big difference with their summer programs for kids.

The Brooklyn Music School(BMS) was founded in 1909 and has been located in Fort Greene since the 1920s. The core mission of the organization is to provide quality, yet low cost performing arts programming to the community for all ages and ability levels. Unfortunately, due to extensive building repairs, delayed city funding and overall rising costs that exceeded the low tuition model's ability to keep up, BMS is in a serious position regarding financial sustainability. In order to remain operational and execute 7 weeks of summer camps for hundreds of students, BMS is turning to the community to raise critical funds between now and July 1 to survive.
