Some upcoming concerts recommendations

Hi folks,

Here are some fun concerts to consider:

1. ARTEK - Opportunity to listen to some early baroque music by mister Monteverdi. Always a good idea.
   Date: September 21, 2024, at 4:00 p.m.

   Location: St. Ignatius of Antioch Episcopal Church, 87th Street at West End Avenue, Manhattan

2. Music Before 1800 - They always do interesting programming, and bring fantastic artists from Europe. This is no exception.
   Date: September 22, 2024, at 4:00 p.m.

   Location: The Riverside Church, 490 Riverside Drive,

3. Meredith Monk and Vocal Ensemble: It’s Park Avenue Armory. If you’ve never bent the drill hall then that’s good enough of an excuse, honestly. The concert looks interesting as well:)
   Date: September 23, 2024, at 7:30 p.m.

   Location: Park Avenue Armory, 643 Park Avenue

4. MetOpera - Tosca: Tosca is always a good bet. Start off your new opera habit by going to this production. Can’t go wrong.
   Date: September 25, 2024, at 7:30 p.m.

   Location: Metropolitan Opera House, Lincoln Center

5. NYPHIL - Jaws: The New York Phil performs, once in a while, movies with film. Jaws is an absolute classic by The Legend— John Williams. Fun idea if you can get a ticket.
   Date: September 26, 2024, at 7:30 p.m.

   Location: David Geffen Hall, Lincoln Center

6. Brooklyn Chamber Orchestra: Mozart For Munchkins — fun show for kids that allows them to be familiarized with classical music and interments.
   Date: September 28, 2024, at 11:00 a.m.

   Location: St. Ann and the Holy Trinity Church, 157 Montague Street, Brooklyn
